our expected response times.
- Highest - Service unavailable: IFT will respond within 30 minutes
- High - A work-around exists but problematic: IFT will respond within 2 hours during business operations
- Medium - A work-around is OK but still a bug: IFT will respond within 5 business days
- Low - Feature Request: IFT will respond within 5 business days
- Lowest - Information Request: IFT will respond within 5 business days
